Steamed Spring Vegetables

Make the most of the fresh produce this Spring and have your vegetables tasting better than ever with a splash of bone broth!

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
500g coarsely chopped spring vegetables (Carrots, Parsnips, Broccoli, Green Beans, Cauliflower, Swede and Cabbage are all in season)
A pinch of salt
240ml/1 Cup Osius Organic Vegetable Broth or Organic Chicken Broth

Method

Step One

In a large pan (with a lid), add oil and garlic. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant - this should only take about 30 seconds.

Step Two

Add vegetables and season with salt. Sauté for 1 - 2 minutes.

Step Three

Pour broth over the vegetables and cover with the lid until they are soft. About 10 - 15 minutes. 

Remove, serve and enjoy!
