Scrambled Eggs

Full of goodness with a kick of gut-loving bone broth! This recipe serves 4 so you can enjoy a whole family breakfast!


  • 8 eggs, whisked
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 120ml Osius bone broth
  • 2 strips of bacon, diced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • OPTIONAL: parsley


  1. Dice the bacon and onion and place into a hot pan
  2. While these are cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and add the bone broth
  3. Add salt, pepper, and paprika and whisk until combined
  4. Turn the heat to medium/low and slowly pour the eggs over the bacon and onion
  5. With a spatula, continuously stir until the eggs are scrambled to your liking
  6. Remove and garnish with parsley (optional)
