
Scrambled Eggs
Full of goodness with a kick of gut-loving bone broth! This recipe serves 4 so you can enjoy a whole family breakfast!
Ingredients
- 8 eggs, whisked
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 120ml Osius bone broth
- 2 strips of bacon, diced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- OPTIONAL: parsley
Method
- Dice the bacon and onion and place into a hot pan
- While these are cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and add the bone broth
- Add salt, pepper, and paprika and whisk until combined
- Turn the heat to medium/low and slowly pour the eggs over the bacon and onion
- With a spatula, continuously stir until the eggs are scrambled to your liking
- Remove and garnish with parsley (optional)
