
Osius Turkey Gravy
The perfect gravy for your Christmas turkey using Osius organic chicken bone broth.
Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion, peeled and chopped into small cubes
1 bay leaf
Sprig fresh thyme
1 tbsp cornflour
50 mls white wine
500mls Osius Bone Broth
Juices from turkey (if you have some)
Sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Heat butter in pan, soften onion, add bay leaf and thyme, cook for 5 minutes
- Add wine and cook for 5 mins
- Strain juices from turkey and add to onion
- Add Osius Bone Broth, simmer for 10 mins
- Dissolve cornflour in just enough water to make a paste
- Add to gravy and whisk in
- Season to taste
- Simmer for 5 mins
- Keep warm and serve
