Osius Turkey Gravy

The perfect gravy for your Christmas turkey using Osius organic chicken bone broth.


1 tbsp butter

1 small onion, peeled and chopped into small cubes

1 bay leaf

Sprig fresh thyme

1 tbsp cornflour

50 mls white wine

500mls Osius Bone Broth

Juices from turkey (if you have some)

Sea salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


  1. Heat butter in pan, soften onion, add bay leaf and thyme, cook for 5 minutes
  2. Add wine and cook for 5 mins
  3. Strain juices from turkey and add to onion
  4. Add Osius Bone Broth, simmer for 10 mins
  5. Dissolve cornflour in just enough water to make a paste 
  6. Add to gravy and whisk in
  7. Season to taste
  8. Simmer for 5 mins
  9. Keep warm and serve
