Kids Fruity Brothsicles

One of the best ways to sneak bone broth into your children’s diets is by adding it to ice lollies for a lovely treat on sunny days. Making these fruity brothsicles can also be a fun activity to do with your children during the Summer holidays as they’re so easy to make - win, win!

Ingredients

250ml Osius Chicken Bone Broth (you can also use beef or vegan)

250ml organic fruit juice - we used 100% apple juice

Method

  1. Simply add the bone broth and fruit juice into a jug
  2. Pour into moulds and freeze for approx. 3 hours
  3. Voila!

Tip - add fresh fruit to the mixture for extra nutrients and a fruity bite.
