Indian spiced butternut squash soup

After a brisk autumn walk, warm up with this nourishing soup, created by @lets_eat_better_together!


  • 1 butternut squash
  • Avocado oil, to drizzle
  • 500ml Osius bone broth
  • 1 tsbp Punjab masala spice blend
  • 1 tsbp coconut yoghurt 
  • Fennel and mixed seeds, to garnish


  1. Warm your avocado oil in pan and gently toast your spice mix.
  2. Blend your butternut squash with the warmed through broth and spiced oil.
  3. Add your toppings and enjoy immediately!
