
Indian spiced butternut squash soup
After a brisk autumn walk, warm up with this nourishing soup, created by @lets_eat_better_together!
Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash
- Avocado oil, to drizzle
- 500ml Osius bone broth
- 1 tsbp Punjab masala spice blend
- 1 tsbp coconut yoghurt
- Fennel and mixed seeds, to garnish
Method
- Warm your avocado oil in pan and gently toast your spice mix.
- Blend your butternut squash with the warmed through broth and spiced oil.
- Add your toppings and enjoy immediately!
