Homemade Bone Broth Burger Patties

Delicious homemade burger recipe, perfect for the BBQ!

Ingredients

2 tsp Osius Beef Bone Broth

500g minced beef

2 eggs

60g breadcrumbs

1 tsp mixed herbs

1 ½ tsp crushed garlic

2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Method

  1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk together. Add the breadcrumbs and whisk again. Add mixed herbs, garlic, bone broth, and BBQ sauce and combine.
  2. Add mince and mix it all together using your hands.
  3. Split the mixture into 4 for larger burgers or 6 if you prefer smaller burgers. Shape into patties. Coat each pattie lightly in flour and place on a baking tray in the freezer for 30 minutes. This helps the patties to hold together better when cooking and makes them juicier!
  4. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the patties until cooked through (about 7-8 minutes each side).
  6. Put the burger in a bun, add your salads and sauces and enjoy!
