Homemade Bone Broth Burger Patties
Delicious homemade burger recipe, perfect for the BBQ!
Ingredients
2 tsp Osius Beef Bone Broth
500g minced beef
2 eggs
60g breadcrumbs
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 ½ tsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
Method
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk together. Add the breadcrumbs and whisk again. Add mixed herbs, garlic, bone broth, and BBQ sauce and combine.
- Add mince and mix it all together using your hands.
- Split the mixture into 4 for larger burgers or 6 if you prefer smaller burgers. Shape into patties. Coat each pattie lightly in flour and place on a baking tray in the freezer for 30 minutes. This helps the patties to hold together better when cooking and makes them juicier!
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the patties until cooked through (about 7-8 minutes each side).
- Put the burger in a bun, add your salads and sauces and enjoy!
