Chilli Beef Stir-Fry

200ml Beef Bone Broth

2 spring onions, chopped

1tsp minced garlic

1tsp chilli paste

150g organic green beans

500g organic grass-fed beef mince

Salt and pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix the bone broth, garlic and chilli
  2. Add the mixture and beef mince to a pan over medium-high heat
  3. As the mince starts to brown, add the green beans and spring onions
  4. Stir-fry until the mince is cooked through and serve with a pinch of salt and black pepper
