Lead a plant-based lifestyle? Benefits of our Organic Vegan Broth

If you lead a plant-based lifestyle, you can still reap the many benefits of broth but without the meat! Broths made from vegetables are packed with impressive amounts of vitamins, minerals and anti-inflammatory properties, and are a great meat-free alternative for when you’re craving the soothing comfort of a gentle broth.

Like all of our bone broths, our Organic Vegan Broth is simmered for hours with Apple Cider Vinegar (with the Mother) and healing vegetables, herbs and spices to create a delectable broth that’s perfect for sipping on or using in your homemade recipes to fight off the flu season and heal naturally!

  • ACV - Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother contains gut-friendly bacteria like acetobacter and lactobacillus, helping to aid digestion and heal your gut naturally.
  • Turmeric (with black pepper) - This golden spice contains lots of medicinal properties and has been used for centuries for holistic healing. Turmeric contains curcumin, and is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant when combined with piperine which is found in black pepper.
  • Garlic - Garlic is well known for its ability to fight off the flu due to its immune-boosting properties, and contains antioxidants which help to protect your body from free radicals that can lead to illnesses like diabetes and heart disease.
  • Ginger - Ginger has traditionally been used to help with digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and the common cold, and can assist with chronic inflammation and degenerative diseases like osteoarthritis.
  • Shiitake mushrooms - Shiitake mushrooms are a nutrient powerhouse, containing vitamin B6, vitamin D and copper to name just a few, and even similar amino acids to meat! They have antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal effects and add a delicious umami flavour to our vegan broth.
  • Kombu seaweed - We source our kombu seaweed from the people at Cornish Seaweed who sustainably hand-cut their harvest. It’s rich in vitamins C, A, E, K, B, and iron, and is a great source of dietary fibre and plant-based omega 3 fatty acids which are anti-inflammatory and can help with brain development!
