Coronavirus - a message from Osius Bone Broth
We endeavour to meet the challenge coronavirus presents by listening to scientists who are giving us truthful facts and acting on their advice. The alternative would be speculation and dramatization but not necessarily safety.
We are prioritising the safety of our staff and customers but would like to assure you that for as long as we are able to maintain normality, we will.
We are a SALSA accredited kitchen, which means that we already work to an exceptionally high standard of hygiene. However, we have reviewed all of our procedures and implemented additional measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
The virus is not transmitted through food.
We have spoken to our few, hand picked, audited suppliers and they have assured us that they have taken similar action.
Our couriers have also implemented new procedures to mitigate the spread of the virus.
APC will leave your parcel on the doorstep, the driver will knock on the door then step back two meters, no signature will be required.
Our staff are working hard to ensure good stock levels and all being well we will continue to do what we do best – cook!
