Autumn at Osius: how we’re embracing the new season!

Now October is here, we can officially say we’re in the Autumn mood!

We’re packing away our sunnies and flip flops, and trading them for cosy knits and boots. Another swap we’re making is at mealtimes: instead of salads and barbeque meals, we’re looking at soups, pies and casseroles to keep us warm. 

Hot drinks will also be our go-to for chilly mornings on the way to work or the school run, so why not try a hot flask of Osius bone broth?

Some of the reasons we love drinking bone broth include:

To maintain gut health, we recommend you take 100ml of bone broth a day for most people, however you may want to add more to your reusable cup to keep you going. Some flavourings we recommend adding include lemon juice, coriander, ginger or chilli!
